Yesterday, Wednesday 3rd April, the Avocets held their Egyptian Museum to show all their beautiful art and writing that came from this topic.
The topic was started back at the beginning of the Spring Term and has been the over-arching topic for the whole term. It has been an all encompassing and thoroughly enjoyable topic and the children have become experts on Ancient Egypt in the process, especially the discovery of Tutankhamun’s tomb with our green screen News Report. It was lovely to see them explaining their learning to the adults at the museum.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to come in and support the children with this celebration of their learning. It was lovely to see so many family members visiting the museum.
A huge well done to all the children in Avocets for being so brilliant and producing such top quality work!
